I'm an AI Product Builder and Digital Platform Lead. Over the years my work has moved across the full lifecycle of digital products, from writing software and shaping digital communication, to leading UX and product, to delivering enterprise digital transformation and, today, designing and building AI systems.

That range is what the work is built on. I turn knowledge, processes and business needs into products that are technically sound, easy to use and built to scale, connecting the people who hold the knowledge with the systems that put it to work.

How I work

I start from the problem, not the solution. Before anything gets built, I invest in understanding the real decision a product is meant to support and how we'll know it improved. From there I favour short cycles, frequent feedback, and architecture that stays simple as it grows.

What I'm building now

Most of my current work sits at the intersection of knowledge and AI: retrieval-augmented systems that turn scattered organizational documents into trustworthy, source-cited answers, and the cloud-native platforms that deliver them. The goal is always the same. Make organizational knowledge accessible, so people can decide and act faster.
